WHO WE ARE
Mixson & Kivers was birthed October 2016 by Brittany Mixson. Ms. Brittany, following in the foot-steps of her late grandmother, Queen Ester Mixson, thought it was time to rehabilitate her grandmothers company KIVERS and finish where her grandmother left off. KIVERS was originally a construction company that achieved many milestones at the time of its consumption, but when Queen Ester Mixson became ill, everything came to a halt and eventually seized. KIVERS passed away when Queen Ester Mixson did, or so we all thought. But many years later, Queen Ester’s grand-daughter Brittany has picked up the baton to continue the relay of building an empire and financial freedom. Ms. Mixson then asked Zenia Pearson-Mixson to join forces with her. Ms. Pearson-Mixson, who has such a zeal for real estate, saw the opportunity and accepted Brittany’s partnership. Since then, the two have been working hard to create an empire that will achieve its very own milestones with its new name Mixson & Kivers much like KIVERS construction did in its time.

HOW TO WORK WITH US AND GET PAID
We reward our bird dogs with a finders fee of $500 or more when they find deals for us. The better the deal, the better the reward. To earn this, all you have to do is send us information about a property you saw in passing that looked distressed (boarded up, over-grown grass, etc) and if we make a deal with the owner, you get PAID! Simple as that.
